Robert Redford?

So this picture gives me the creeps. It's on the main floor of my building, tucked back in a seldom used hallway (maybe it creeps other people out, too).

First of all, it's too big for the area it's in. It's almost 5 feet square. That's 25 square feet of creepiness.

Secondly, who is it? There's a label near it, but it just says who painted it--not who it's a picture of.

Thirdly, I think it might be Robert Redford. At least that's who it looks like to me. The thought that it might be RR creeps me out even more than the picture itself.

Fourthly and finally, it's just plain creepy, isn't it? Am I the only one who thinks it's creepy? It gives me the heebie-jeebies every time I walk by it (which fortunately isn't very often).

Maybe it's that he has green blotches all over his body. If you saw a person like that, you'd walk on the other side of the street.
Or maybe it's that both sides of his face are deformed in different ways, like he was in two separate accidents, one where he was kicked in the face by a horse and got his jaw jacked, and the other where he was lit on fire by a crazy ex-wife and had to have the skin the other half his face replaced with skin from his butt.

Did you know that Robert Redford was once my second cousin? Seriously, he was married to my mom's first cousin, Lola, for like 20 years and they had a couple kids together. He came to family reunions and all. My mom's aunt (his former mother in law) still has a shrine dedicated to her ex-son-in-law in her basement (talk about creepy). OK, so they divorced in the 80's and I never actually met him, but I do have a picture of my grandma with him at a family reunion, so I really am practically famous. Google it!

I don't know what is creepier...that painting or Kristin making demands on your blog...

Since I know Kristin quite well (being that she has been my sister-in-law for a few years now), and I don't know the painting at all (we've never even met) I would tend to think Kristin is more creepy...or maybe she is just a creep...

She was at my house tonight and she and Steve ate all my food....creeps.

Dan, Thanks.

Bob, you are full of crap. I was very conservative with what I ate. I only had 12 points. The food was scrumptious though, you are the Grill Master.

Skin from his butt! Ha! Kills me! Butt skin. Kristin has a point no link to her blog what does that say in itself? Robert Redford, Mormon, and Grizzly Adam's had a beard.
